Our friends own and operate their own cattle ranch. We were late getting them something for Christmas. We were thinking about a candy and nut gift basket, but they really wanted and needed shoe chains so that is what we got them. They are very happy and walking much better with our night temperature at -10.5 degrees while wearing the shoe chains. We have had our shoe chains for four seasons. They do not wear out if you use the storage bag to protect them when they are not in use.
