How much will it cost to ship my order?

Within the United States, we ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and Express Mail, UPS Ground. For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Global Priority and Global Express service. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses for United States military personnel. Ice-Cleats.com ships to international destinations. Keep in mind that international orders may be subject to import duties/taxes by your country. All internationally shipped orders will be accurately labeled for customs purposes; therefore we are unable to mark shipments as 'gift.' Questions regarding rates should be directed to the appropriate department in your government.

 

Shipping is calculated dynamically based on the current contents of your shopping cart and the destination state/province/country. Simply enter the appropriate destination on the shopping cart page and the available shipping options and pricing will be displayed. For special shipping information please email us at  info@Ice-Cleats.com   or use our contact form to ask for shipping information. Sorry, we do not ship packages C.O.D. Sorry, we can not give refunds for late shipments because the amount of time it takes the mail carrier to complete the delivery is beyond our control. Please be aware that our shipping charges include a small handling fee. This is to defray the cost of processing, packaging and shipping your order.

 

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses

Ice-Cleats.com does ship to APO/FPO addresses. These addresses are considered US addresses. If you have an APO/FPO address do not select the country in which you are currently stationed, simply select "United States". You will only be charged domestic US shipping rates, regardless of where you are stationed. We send all APO/FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for security reasons.

 

What if my items are backordered?

Ice-Cleats.com will not charge you any additional shipping charges for backordered shipments. We base your shipping and handling charges on your total shipped order, regardless of item availability. When you place an order, we will ship the in-stock items to you immediately. Out of stock/backordered items are shipped when they become available.

 

I just placed an order with you. When will it ship out?

Provided that the items on your order are in stock, we will begin to process it immediately within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. Once you've placed an order at Ice-Cleats.com, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we've received and are processing your order. You will receive a second e-mail notifying you that the order has been shipped. Out-of-stock items are shipped when they become available. If Express, 2-Day or Next Day shipping was chosen on the original order, Ice-Cleats.com reserves the right to ship backordered items by a downgraded shipping method.

 

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

Provided the items in your order are in stock, we'll ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days.†Once a package has shipped out, if you are shipping to a domestic U.S. address, it generally takes 2-3 business days for delivery (up to†5 business days†during the busy holiday shipping period). International shipping generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery (up to 15 business days in some cases). Express service and the transit time is determined based on customer selection during the check-out process.

 

Tracking your package

Ice-Cleats.com ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Depending on the method that you selected for your order, you will be able to track the package's progress en route to your shipping address. After your order is shipped , you will receive a tracking number in the email confirmation of your order's shipment. You can use this number to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your package to become visible within the various carriers' tracking system after leaving our warehouse.

If you cannot locate your package within the appropriate carrier's tracking system within 24 hours of shipment, you may contact our Customer Service department for further assistance. Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?

We stand behind every product we sell. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.

 

Returns Policy

Trax Unlimited offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Hassle Free. * You MUST contact us prior to sending a return back. Please contact us by email at  returns@Ice-Cleats.com or by using our contact form. Be sure to inform us if you would like a replacement, refund or a credit towards merchandise. Please note that you may be charged a 10% re-stocking fee for any returned merchandise. Your refund will be processed only once the item is received and inspected by our customer service department. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.

 

If our customer service department instructs you to return an item, please use the appropriate address below. Please write your reason for return on the packing slip and include this packing slip with the returned item in its original packaging. :
